Basically, our main motive of having a blog is to allow more people know things about karate.
Karate is what you've seen in movies like breaking down the trees with ur bare hands etc.
I understand that many of you out that will tend to compare Karate with other marital arts such as Taekwando, Judo, Akido, Muay Thai... etc.
Karate simply means in Japanese , the art of "Open Hand" ( not saying fight with your hands open). It means that it's Unarmed Combat.
I know that each martial arts have portrayed this point regarding unarmed combat.
But the advantages of Karate cannot only be said in words, you have to try them out yourself in order to know the differences.
